This time I ordered the chicken miso set meal!
Torimisono chicken has seasoned thigh meat covered in a crunchy batter, and it's really delicious when mixed with the sauce. The miso is a sweet and salty miso sauce with a strong sweetness that makes the rice truly irresistible. In addition to the meat, there were onions and green peppers, and when the vegetables were mixed with the sauce and served on rice, it was the perfect bowl of rice. The soup that came with it was light and delicious with an animal-like aroma.
I arrived around 2 o'clock on a weekday, thinking it would be empty, and the counter was almost full. There were about 15 people, including those who came in after me, and all of them ordered the chicken miso set meal (800 yen). I came for that too, so of course I ordered it.
